We collect as little as possible, and only to reply to you.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, email, phone (optional), dates, number of guests, the services you choose and your message. We use them only to reply and, if you book, to manage your stay.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept as long as Greek tax law requires.
Who processes it
The website runs on Cloudflare (hosting, the spam check on the form, and email delivery to us). Our mailbox is hosted by Papaki (Greece). We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. Fonts and photos are served from our own domain. The map on the Location page comes from Google Maps and loads only when you choose to show it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to stay@villachrysta.gr. If we cannot resolve your request, you also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
