The Entire Estate sleeps up to 21 guests: 14 in beds, 7 on 2 futon sofa beds and 3 rollaways. The Upper Residence sleeps up to 11 and the Lower Residence up to 10.

7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms in total: the Upper Residence has 4 bedrooms (including the guest suite) and 4.5 bathrooms; the Lower Residence has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Every bedroom has its own bathroom.

Yes. You can book the Entire Estate, the Upper Residence or the Lower Residence. Each residence has its own entrance, kitchen and living room.

Yes. They are three ways to book one property, Villa Chrysta in Elia, Mykonos. The Upper Residence (with its guest suite) and the Lower Residence can each be booked on their own; the Entire Estate is both of them together, with the pool reserved for you alone.

When you book the Entire Estate, the 70 m² infinity pool is yours alone. When the two residences are booked separately, their guests share it.

No, the pool is not heated. The villa and the pool are open all year.

When you book the Entire Estate, there are no set hours. When the two residences are booked separately, Upper Residence guests can use the pool and the garden around it from 10:00 to 21:00.

Yes. The garden belongs to the Lower Residence; Upper Residence guests can use it from 10:00 to 21:00 when the residences are booked separately. With the Entire Estate, it is all yours.

Yes, every residence has air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi.

The villa is built on a slope, so there are steps between the parking, the residences and the pool. The entrance of the Lower Residence is below street level. If anyone in your group has limited mobility, ask us first.

Yes: Elia Beach is 300 m away, a 5-minute walk down the hill.

Mykonos Airport: 11 km, about 15 minutes by car. The new port (Tourlos): 12 km, about 16 minutes by car. Mykonos Town: 11 km, about 20 minutes by car.

It helps to have your own transport. We can book transfers for you or help you rent a vehicle, and there is free private parking at the villa.

A seasonal bus runs from Elia Beach to Mykonos Town about every 30 minutes until the early evening, and sea taxis go from Elia to other beaches during the day. Taxis are available all day but are scarce in high season, so book ahead.

Ano Mera village is 3 km away (about 5 minutes by car), with a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and tavernas. We can also have groceries waiting when you arrive.

Two beach restaurants at Elia Beach are within walking distance, and the Myconian Avaton and Myconian Imperial resorts are about 200 m away.

Yes. If the villa is not ready, you can leave your luggage with us and go to the beach. Tell us your flight or ferry times.

Housekeeping is every 3 days, included. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

Yes: bed linen, bath towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron.

Yes. There is a high chair in each residence and a cot on request (yes, free on request). We can arrange a babysitter.

No, pets are not allowed.

Yes. Isidoros welcomes you on arrival and is only a message away throughout your stay, replying usually within a few hours.

There is one security camera at the entrance (outdoors only). There are no cameras inside the residences.

Prices depend on the dates, the way you stay and the number of guests, so we send a personal quote with every enquiry, usually within a few hours.

We agree payment with you in writing when you book. Cancellation follows the same policy as our listings on the booking platforms, and there is no damage deposit.
