Three bedrooms and a private garden, sharing the pool with the Upper Residence

The lower residence, with its own garden and hammock. Three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom; a living and dining room that opens onto a large terrace with the view; and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

Because of the slope, the entrance is below street level, down a flight of steps. The infinity pool is shared with the Upper Residence when the two residences are booked separately.
