Three bedrooms in the residence and a double bedroom in the separate guest suite, each with its own bathroom; an open living room and kitchen that lead out to a large terrace over the bay; and a master bedroom with a veranda of its own. The entrance is from the parking at the back.

The infinity pool is shared with the Lower Residence when the two residences are booked separately.
